So may people have asked me, "What can I do?  How can I help?"  This is what you can do for us - 

Love your children.  
Kiss your spouse.  
Call your parents.  
Hug your pets (except perhaps your fish).  
Be kind to others.  
Be good to yourself.  
Praise the Lord.
